FAQ
Ordering
With Registration: It’s easy: just log in and you will have access to all information including your previous purchases. 
Without Registration: You can shop as a Guest- the only required information is your name & address. Later if you decide you can still register. We encourage you to register as cancellations and returns of purchase are only available if you are registered.

Discounts
If you have a discount code, just enter it before your final payment. 
Proshops or retailers will have their discounted rate activated in the system, and the prices will show the discounted rate. 

Cancelling and Modifying Orders
We are quick in processing your order. Once you completed it you cannot change any detail of it (including modifying delivery address and shipping options). You will need to cancel the order and place a new one.
Cancelling an order is possible after logging into your account and selecting Cancel Order under your Previous Purchases. If the Cancel Order options is not available, it means it is too late for you to cancel your purchase as we already processed the order. In this case you need to check our Return policy.

Shipping & Delivery:
Depending on your country location the best suitable shipping company will be selected. Delivery time is 4-5 business day.
Delivery fee is 15 Euro for each order. 
For orders above 200 Euro we offer free delivery.

Unsuccessful delivery
Delivery will be attempted twice, but after second unsuccessful attempt the package will be returned to Partee.hu (Webshippy’s) location.


Returns
You can return your purchase within 14 days of its delivery. Just fill out the Return Form.
If you are returning more than one order you can combine them into one package, just make sure you include all the Refund Forms from your original packages.
You will need to send the return package back to Webshippy’s address. On the package make sure our webshop’s name Partee.hu and your order number are both clearly visible. You will choose any shipping method and pay for it. 
We will notify you via email as soon as we receive your return package.

Exchange of Purchases
If you need to exchange any item, you will need to ship it back to us and re-order the correct size and/or style. We will refund the returned item.  

Refunds
All international orders will be refunded to the original form of payments.

Guide to Size
Our size chart is a general guide for selecting the right size of clothing based on your body measurements. They are shown in centimeters and are listed under product details. Based on the material of the clothing it can vary a few centimeters. We list these measurements as a guide, so you can select clothes which will make the best fit for your style and body shape. 

Washing Instructions 
If you pay attention on how you wash your clothes, they will not only last longer, but you will also limit damages to the environment and protect our natural resources. You can find washing instructions on the label. It lists the highest recommended water temperature. You can select lower temperatures for conserving energy, but for highly stained clothes the higher temperature is recommended. 
Our Partee Logo zipper fly is removable, and we recommend removing it before laundry. Pull up all the zippers, secure the Velcro before washing. Pay attention to color sorting, only wash similar colors together.
